You don't work 9-5.
Early report times. Long duty days. Hotel food. Time zone whiplash. FAA medical pressure. If you’re flight crew, you’re balancing performance, health, and certification in a body that’s constantly being asked to adapt.
That’s where Flight Crew Nutrition comes in. We help pilots, ATC professionals, and other aviation crew fuel their bodies in a way that actually works for aviation life, keeping you on duty, recovering faster off duty, and protecting your long-term health without adding stress or restriction.
We combine genetic and nutritional lab data to create personalized nutrition support designed for irregular schedules, limited food access, fatigue, sleep disruption, and the very real requirements of FAA medical certification.
We review your goals and help you set up a plan that works for your life in aviation.
A healthy life with good nutrition helps you age well, and helps you sustain your busy life.
Your heart relies on good nutrition and stress management. A healthy life with the right nutrition keeps your heart ticking.
Getting the right nutrients and health support can keep your brain healthy, allowing you to focus on your work without feeling drained.

Anne is a registered dietitian nutritionist with 20 years of experience. She has spent her career helping others achieve their health and wellness goals and is thrilled to help you fly healthy and happy.
You didn’t choose aviation because it was easy. You chose it because you’re driven, capable, and committed to performing at your best.
But fueling your body in this career? That’s another story.
Healthy eating looks different at 35,000 feet when you have early show times, different time zones, long days, and airport food, so the advice that works on the ground often falls apart in the air.
That’s where I come in. I’m Anne, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and founder of Flight Crew Nutrition. For more than 20 years, I’ve helped people build realistic, sustainable nutrition habits with a specialized focus on pilots, ATC, and flight attendants who need strategies that work with their trips, not against them.
I understand this lifestyle not just professionally, but personally. Being married to a helicopter-turned-airline pilot, I’ve seen firsthand the fatigue, the unpredictability, and the quiet pressure flight crew carry. You don’t need rigid rules or perfectionism. You need a plan that fits your world.
Together, we create simple, practical strategies to support:
- Steady energy on long duty days
- Mental clarity in the flight deck or cabin
- Better sleep across time zones
- Long-term health without burnout
With advanced training in weight management and Integrative and Functional Nutrition, plus board certification in health and wellness coaching, I bring both expertise and compassion to our work. But most importantly, I help you build habits you can actually sustain trip after trip, year after year. Because when your nutrition works, you can focus on what you do best: flying safely, serving confidently, and feeling good in the career you’ve worked so hard to build.
Your support powered by years of curiosity, learning and training.
